Messrs KUNLE EGBELEKE & CO., a firm of Chartered Accountants, Management & Tax Consultants was licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (ICAN) on 27th September, 1995 with Certificate No. 2332, based on over 20 years of experience of the Principal Partner. The Firm is duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission, (CAC) Abuja, Certificate of Registration BN953096 and office of Auditor – General for the Federation.

The Firm has two (2) wholly owned subsidiaries namely: KEC & ASSOCIATES, a firm of Chartered Tax Practitioners and Debt Recovery Managers; and KEC CONSULTING, a firm of Human Resources Development, Training, Workshops and Financial Consultants.

The Firm is headed by a Principal Partner, assisted by an active Managing Partner, with a team of competent and dedicated Accountants and other staff. D. D. OLATUBOSUN HND, AAT, ACA.
Dimeji is a seasoned, young and dynamic Chartered Accountant and equally an Associate member of Association of Accounting Technician of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an Accountancy graduate of the Polytechnic Ibadan. He commenced his career as an Accountant with WATFIELD and Associates in Ibadan. He left for Layo Sipe & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he held various positions having risen through the ranks. He later joined Kunle Egbeleke & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as a Deputy Manager and rose to the position of a Partner in the Firm.
S. A. OKERONBI BSC, ACA, ACTI. He holds a Bachelor’s degree honour in Agric Economics from University of Ibadan. He is both an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Institute of Cost Management Accountant of Nigeria (ACMA). He started his career with Kunle Egbeleke and Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he held various positions before he rose to the post of Audit Manager with the Firm. He is a young man of proven integrity. He is a seasoned, enterprising and energetic professional that can be vouched for. He is a Partner with the Firm.
FATAI ADESOYE- B.SC,ACA,ACIB,ACTI . He holds a B achelor of Science in banking and finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, He is an assoiate member of the following Institutes- The Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He commenced his career with the First Union Finance and Investment Ltd, as a Corporate Accountant from where he joined Philips Project Centre Ltd as Manager accounts. He joined the firm as Audit Manager and currently senior manager (Tax matters)
